Look for the reserved parking signs for the Groundwater Dispute Resolution Workshop. Stanford participants \u2013 please use your \u201cA\u201d or \u201cC\u201d parking permit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meals and Receptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of the workshop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reception &amp; Dinner, 5:30pm, November 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will be a reception and dinner following the program on Wednesday, November 5 at the Law School. The Stanford Shopping Center and Trader Joe\u2019s is walking distance from the hotel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the meeting site on both days. Please meet the shuttle at the front of the hotel by 8:00am for pick on each day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel to the Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>From SFO or SJC Airports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have an account with Super Shuttle. Please complete reservation either online<a href=\"http:\/\/www.supershuttle.com\/\">http:\/\/www.supershuttle.com\/<\/a> or by phone (800-258-3826).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We can pay for \u201cShared Van Service\u201d only<\/li>\n<li>On the online form \u201cPayment\u201d page choose the \u201cDirect Bill\/Corporate Account\u201d under the pull down menu on \u201cPayment Method\u201d or give the operator the same information.<\/li>\n<li>An 18% tip will automatically be added to the cost of the trip so please put \u201c0\u201d under the \u201cGratuity to Add\u201d section or mention this to the operator<\/li>\n<li>The Account number is <strong>091Sta42286<\/strong>. There is no password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you will leave for the airport directly from the meeting on Thursday afternoon, please use this address for Super Shuttle pickup: 473 Via Ortega, Stanford, CA 94305.<\/p>\n<p>Taxi service can be very expensive, over $100 one-way depending on time of day and traffic, so we appreciate your utilizing the shuttle service. We are unable to reimburse for a rental car.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Public Transportation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caltrain <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caltrain.com\/\">http:\/\/www.caltrain.com\/<\/a> is the most direct form of public transportation to Stanford University. Caltrain provides service from San Francisco and San Jose to Palo Alto, but it does not stop at either airport. Transportation from the airports to the Caltrain station is available. The visitor network offers limited bandwidth and sessions are limited to 12 hours.
