Biography
Elizabeth Chambliss is the Henry Harman Edens Professor of Law and Director of the NMRS Center on Professionalism at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Her scholarship focuses on access to justice and the regulation of the legal profession. Her most recent research is a mixed methods study of private practice in rural South Carolina. Professor Chambliss a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the American Law Institute. She serves on the SC Access to Justice Commission and the Editorial Advisory Board of Law & Society Review.
