Jill Abasto

Jill M. Abasto is senior legal counsel at Qualcomm Incorporated, where she leads the trademark and copyright group. She supports all of Qualcomm’s domestic and international subsidiaries and business units with trademark and copyright matters ranging from clearance, prosecution, enforcement, licensing, acquisitions, litigation, and internet related issues. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing Qualcomm’s global trademark and copyright portfolios.

Prior to joining Qualcomm, Ms. Abasto was an attorney at Grace & Grace LLP in Los Angeles, where she focused on trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. Ms. Abasto has a BA from UC San Diego and a JD from UC Davis School of Law.
