Joe Ross is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Heroic Ventures, the early stage venture capital firm based in Palo Alto. He is a repeat Silicon Valley entrepreneur with operating experience spanning consumer electronics, education technology, and enterprise software at companies venture-backed by Benchmark, Heroic Ventures, Learn Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Social Capital. Prior, he was a U.S. Navy intelligence officer. He holds a B.A. in political science from Yale and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was president of the Stanford Law Review.
