Content Counsel, Facebook
Jose Lema is Content Counsel for Facebook, focusing on intermediary liability issues, notice and takedown, and compliance with content-related regulations. Prior to joining Facebook, he worked for Spanish law firms advising on IP and TMT issues; he also counseled tech companies in-house, including Google and Cisco. Jose graduated from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, but also had international education experiences, including programs with DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and Queen Mary University in London.
