Biography
Angela Dunning is a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in the Bay Area offices. Angela has over 20 years of experience litigating copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and unfair competition/false advertising cases, as well as complex commercial disputes, for major global companies. She has tried numerous cases to a jury verdict and has substantial experience in the federal appellate courts, including successful arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Angela is also a leader in the bar including with respect to litigation issues over generative artificial intelligence.
