Mr. Mansinghani is an in-house legal head at Unified Patents, LLC. He leads Unified’s deterrence of the assertion of low quality patents by non-practicing entities including overseeing dozens of USPTO invalidation proceedings per year. He previously practiced for nearly a decade in the Intellectual Property Practice at Baker Botts L.L.P. He has over a decade of experience in patent litigation and trials, and has also extensive experience in patent counseling and intellectual property due diligence in the context of merger and acquisition transactions and licensing programs.
