Equity.\u00a0 Developed in collaboration with\u00a0The Ohio State University&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/go.osu.edu\/dcp\">Divided Community Project<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hnmcp.law.harvard.edu\/\">Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/rethinking-systems-design-for-racial-justice-and-equity\/\">Stanford Law School\u2019s Gould Center for Conflict Resolution<\/a>, the three -part series features\u00a0national and international practitioners, academics, activists, and other stakeholders to share experiences, challenges, resources, and strategies to tackle these difficult issues.<\/p>\n<p>Abstracts featured on this page will be developed into law review articled and published in a double symposium issue of the\u00a0<em>Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution<\/em>.\u00a0 Abstracts are featured in connection with the symposium where their respective authors are scheduled to speak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please click <a href=\"https:\/\/moritzlaw.osu.edu\/abstracts-rethinking-systems-design-racial-justice-equity\">here<\/a> to view the abstracts.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following abstracts were prepare for the\u00a0Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution&#8216;s symposium series Rethinking Systems Design for Racial Justice &amp;
