Biography
Jordan Singer is Professor of Law at New England Law Boston, where he teaches courses on civil procedure, judicial process, and intellectual property, and directs the school’s Honors Judicial Internship program. Professor Singer studies and writes extensively on the state and federal courts, and works frequently with state courts on judicial performance evaluation, legal education, and civil litigation reform issues. He served as Chair of the JPE 2.0 Task Force at the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System at the University of Denver (IAALS), and has moderated IAALS’s national JPE Working Group since its founding in 2007. Prior to teaching, he was IAALS’s Director of Research and a litigator in private practice.
