Yoon Chae
Yoon Chae is a senior associate at Baker McKenzie, where he advises on Intellectual Property matters, with a focus on patent litigation. He served as Baker McKenzie’s first Fellow at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco, researching legal and ethical implications of AI and other emerging technologies. He contributed to Baker McKenzie’s response to the European Commission’s Draft AI Ethics Guidelines, and he regularly writes and talks about AI’s interplay with various aspects of IP law.
