Biography
Alexandra Walsh is a shareholder at Anapol Weiss in Washington, DC. Alex leads an elite team of litigators representing plaintiffs in national litigations that focus primarily on the intersection of technology and sexual exploitation and assault. After graduating from Stanford Law School, Alex was honored to serve as clerk to Judge Merrick Garland on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C Circuit and Justice Stephen Breyer on the United States Supreme Court. She then spent two decades defending corporate clients before founding Walsh Law, a plaintiffs’ side boutique, which merged with Anapol in 2024.
Alex recently secured a judgement for the plaintiff in the first bellwether trial against Uber, Inc for failure to protect passengers from sexual assault. She has also been named co-leader of a national MDL holding Roblox responsible for sexual exploitation of minors by predators on the gaming platform. Alex is particularly proud to represent hundreds of women and men who survived sexual assault while in the custody of juvenile detention systems around the country. She lives in Washington DC with her husband and four children and serves on the boards of two local groups providing legal support and financial guidance to underprivileged families.
