Biography
Dustin Benham serves as the Charles P. Bubany Endowed Professor of Law and Director of Litigation and Trial at Texas Tech University School of Law. He is an award-winning law teacher who studies civil procedure and evidence and has written numerous articles regarding the importance of transparency in civil courts.
