Biography
Zach Kirk is a Santa Clara County native who graduated with a B.A. in History from Stanford University focused on Black Radical movements of the 1960’s and 1970’s. Currently a 2L at Santa Clara Law, Zach serves as a community organizer for Silicon Valley De-Bug, focusing on implementing the Racial Justice Act and understanding the pretrial practices of Bay Area counties. Most recently, Zach worked with the Law Offices of B.C. McComas, a private criminal defense firm led by Brian McComas that specializes in attaining post-conviction relief for clients in the Bay Area
