Antonio Cuevas Herrera

Born and raised in Stockton, educated in Berkeley (2005-2012), practicing in San Francisco. In Berkeley, I was actively involved in the Occupy Wall Street movement and various student actions throughout my seven years. My lower-class upbringing led me to create a First Generation Professionals group that has taken off beyond Berkeley Law. As a member of my firm, my pro bono experience has mostly focused on genocide and immigration. Given my employer’s no-moonlighting provision, my involvement outside of work heavily favors direct action, although I am a member of Democratic Socialists of America and actively participate in its Legal Working Group.
