Biography
Jessica is an experienced patent litigator at all levels of trial and appeal and from various viewpoints. Having been in private practice, in-house, and a clerk at both the trial and appellate levels, Jessica brings an informed viewpoint to strategic decisions. Before joining DLA, Jessica spent nearly eight years at Apple in various positions as in-house counsel on the IP Litigation team. During that time, she managed an active docket of patent litigation that spanned the globe. Before that, Jessica clerked in the Eastern District of Texas and at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Between those two clerkships, she spent time at another large law firm. Jessica currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Federal Circuit Bar Association, an organization in which Jessica has been active for years.
