A former Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Kathi has shaped national innovation policy and global IP strategy. Recognized by TechCrunch as one of the “remarkable women who’ve contributed to the AI revolution” and by Forbes as one of the top 50 women in innovation, Kathi is a ChIPs Hall of Fame inductee and has been named a Tech Titan by Washingtonian.
