Biography
Joe served as Acting Director and Acting Solicitor of the USPTO from 2017 to 2018. He also served as a General Counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee, in which role he participated in the development of the America Invents Act. He is currently a principal at Clear IP, LLC.
