Biography
Adeeb Sahar oversees the Corporate and Commercial legal departments at xAI and X.
A graduate of Stanford University and a James Kent Scholar at Columbia Law School, he began his career in mergers & acquisitions at Skadden, where he advised on landmark transactions including representing Elon Musk in the acquisition of Twitter. Immediately following the deal’s close, Adeeb joined X as the company’s first post-acquisition full time hire.
In his current role, Adeeb has led xAI’s $22 billion Series E financing, the merger of xAI with X, and SpaceX’s $1.25 trillion acquisition of xAI. His work sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, corporate strategy, and regulatory policy—making him a frequent voice on the legal challenges shaping the future of artificial intelligence.
