Travel and accommodations arrangements and costs are the responsibility of each participant.

We suggest you make arrangements in advance to guarantee a room, otherwise more information on lodging that offer Stanford rates can be found here.

Hotel group rates will be available at a few hotels nearby Stanford Law School. List of hotels TBD.

To receive the special “Stanford” rates, please call the hotel directly and mention you are attending a Stanford program. If you need the hotel to verify your attendance, please email programs@law.stanford.edu.

Parking Information:

Paid parking is available on a first come, first serve basis in the Wilbur Parking Garage (beneath Wilbur Field) or the Tressider Union Parking Lot (L-39) for $16.00 for the whole day. Both parking areas are “pay-by-space number” parking locations. Be sure to park your car in the designated visitor parking area and remember your parking space number for payment. A pay-by-space parking receipt need not be displayed.
