Biography
Ann Marimow covers the Supreme Court for The New York Times. Before joining The Times in 2025, Ann spent two decades at The Washington Post, where she covered the federal courts and legal affairs. Earlier in her career, Ann wrote about state politics and government at the San Jose Mercury News in California and at the Concord Monitor in New Hampshire. In 2015, Ann was a Nieman journalism fellow at Harvard, where she studied law and poetry. Ann grew up outside Philadelphia, where her father was an investigative reporter. At Cornell University, she studied government and wrote about sports for the college paper.
