Biography
Irv Gornstein is a Professor and Executive Director of the Supreme Court Institute at Georgetown Law. He previously worked at the Solicitor General’s Office, most recently as Counselor to the Solicitor General, and before that as an Assistant to the Solicitor General. He has argued 38 cases in the Supreme Court.
