Biography
Joan Biskupic is CNN’s senior Supreme Court analyst and the author of Nine Black Robes: Inside the Supreme Court’s Drive to the Right and its Historic Consequences, to be published this spring. Before joining CNN fulltime in 2017, she served as an editor-in-charge for legal affairs at Reuters and as the Supreme Court correspondent for the Washington Post and USA Today. A Pulitzer Prize finalist, she is also the author of books on John Roberts, Sandra Day O’Connor, Antonin Scalia, and Sonia Sotomayor. She holds a law degree from Georgetown University and lives in Washington, D.C.
