Biography
I cover the Supreme Court for The Washington Post. I’ve spent a quarter century in journalism, covering the lower courts, presidential elections and Ebola in Liberia. I come from a line of sculptors, who carved notable works around Washington, D.C. including the capstone of the Washington Monument. The artistic skills skipped a generation, so there’s a reason I’m a writer.
