Biography
Diane Homolak is the Vice President Technology Solutions at Integreon. She comes from a diverse 30-year in-house career with Hewlett Packard where she lead the Global Legal Innovation and Strategy team responsible for technology. In her current role Diane works with AI and other emerging technologies in the legal service provider space. A published contributor to Today’s General Counsel and Law.com, Diane served for six years as the first female Chair of the World Commerce & Contracting organization. Diane holds a JD from Cleveland State University and an MBA and BBA in Economics from Ohio University. She has also earned a Block Chain certification from Oxford University Said Business School, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Prompt Engineering certificate from Vanderbilt University. Most recently, as part of the Responsible Artificial Intelligence in Legal Services (RAILS) initiative sponsored by Duke University, Diane lead the workstream that published a framework for corporate AI policy drafting.
