Ben Potter advises companies through all stages of their development, from pre-funding through initial funding, late-stage venture financings, an initial public offering, follow-on offerings and/or a merger and acquisition transaction. He also advises the financial institutions that finance these emerging companies. His recent clients have included 4D Molecular Therapeutics, 8VC, Alpine Roads, Coherus Biosciences, Discord, Duolingo, Evernote, General Catalyst, Lightspeed, Memphis Meats, Nozomi Networks, Synack and Turvo.
Mr. Potter serves as Global Vice Chair of the Emerging Companies Practice and Co-Chair of the Technology Industry Group.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys any and all time spent with his family, as well as keeping up with trends and new advances in foodtech.
