Payment and Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n

For General Registrants and General Registrants with Code: full payment must be received within 30 days of registration or by March 12, 2018, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in cancellation of your registration. If you are not able to attend, you may designate a substitute attendee (in the same registration category), subject to approval by the Directors of the We Robot Conference. You may substitute at no cost before March 12, 2018. After that date, substitutions will be charged a $50 processing fee.<\/p>\n
