Guido Waisberg

Guido Waisberg – University of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Guido Waisberg lives in Buenos Aires (Argentina). In 2013 he was sworn in as Secretary of the National Criminal Court of Cassation. He holds a law degree -summa cum laude- from the University of Buenos Aires (2008) and an LLM from Yale Law School (2013), where he attended as a Fulbright Scholar. Guido also studied at The Hague Academy of International Law (2009). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Law at the University of Buenos Aires. Guido is a professor of criminal law. At the University of Buenos Aires, he teaches the postgraduate course “Crimes against the Public Administration” and the graduate course “Procedural Criminal Law”. At the University of Palermo, he teaches the course “Criminal Law I”. Guido is author of numerous
published articles.
