Shilpi Bhattacharya
Shilpi Bhattacharya – O.P. Jindal Global University, India
Shilpi Bhattacharya is an Associate Professor of Law at O.P. Jindal Global University, India. She received her Ph.D. from the Erasmus University Rotterdam as part of the European Doctorate in Law and Economics. Shilpi was awarded the Olin Graduate Fellowship in Law and Economics during her LL.M. degree at University of Virginia School of Law. Shilpi was admitted to the New York State Bar and practiced Securities Law at Linklaters LLP, a leading British law firm. Previously, she completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the WB National University of Juridical Sciences in India. Shilpi’s area of research interest is primarily in Antitrust Law and she has published papers in leading journals in Antitrust Law and in other areas of law. Shilpi has also written on antitrust and other issues in the popular media.
