Biography
VP, Head of Finance, Google; Director, Everly Health
Kristin has been a member of Google’s Finance leadership team since 2005, holding many roles including leading the global finance organization. Kristin’s responsibilities have spanned capital allocation, global FP&A, and controllership, helping Google scale from a startup to a multibillion dollar company.
During her tenure, the finance team has become an essential partner to the various businesses across Google, from enterprise and consumer organizations that encompass hardware, software and platforms. Kristin has helped lead some of the largest transformation initiatives in the industry, including digital transformation using AI to automate critical processes to enable Finance to support the unprecedented growth of Google.
Kristin has brought her expertise in finance, capital allocation, governance, and technology to various pre-IPO and nonprofit boards. She currently sits on the board of Everly Health as Audit Chair. She previously served on the board, as Audit Chair, of Postmates, which was sold to Uber, and served on the San Francisco Federal Reserve’s Economic Advisory Council. Kristin is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned her B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
