John Ward is a software patent attorney, with a Computer Science background from the Univ of Pittsburgh. John has 25 years’ experience in developing software patent portfolios for many of the Silicon Valley marquee names (Oracle, Visa, Yahoo, Intel, Micron, AT&T, Lookout, 2nd Life), as well as many startups for which the portfolios have been the primary target of acquisitions. In addition, numerous software patents successfully litigated.
