Marie Oh Huber

Marie Oh Huber heads the global legal and government relations and public policy functions for eBay. She and her team partner with the businesses to drive the purpose and success of eBay and its global buyers and sellers.

Huber has over 25 years of strategic business and legal experience in global Fortune 500 companies.  She was also responsible for communications, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, government relations and philanthropy at Agilent.

Huber joined eBay in 2015 from Agilent where she last served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for six years, having served at Agilent and prior to that at HP. She started her career at large law firms in New York and San Francisco.

Huber has a BA in Economics from Yale, studied at the London School of Economics and received her JD from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

She serves on the boards of the James Campbell Company LLC and the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
