Nikki Flom

Tax Director, Facebook

Nikki Flom is a Tax Director at Facebook and leads the indirect and business tax function. Nikki and her team of seasoned tax professionals support Facebook’s new products launch and new business initiatives globally. In addition, she also manages the full aspect of indirect tax operations and tax policy initiatives. Prior to joining Facebook in 2010, Nikki led corporate tax functions at several other companies, including high-tech measurement instruments company Agilent Technologies, consumer products company Bare Escentuals and mobile payments company Boku. Nikki started her professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Harb, Levy & Weiland, LLP. Nikki is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BS degree in Accounting and a Minor in Business Information Systems from San Francisco State.

Nikki believes in a risk measured and practical approach in solving real world problems. She and her team embed in every aspect of the business operations and step out the traditional corporate tax as a back office function, instead being the influencer and decision driver.
