Su-Jin Lee is the Vice President and General Counsel of POPSUGAR Inc., a global media and technology company based in San Francisco, where she is responsible for the corporate and legal affairs of the POPSUGAR businesses. For over 18 years, she has served as legal advisor to numerous public and private technology companies and venture capital funds in the US and the EU. Prior to POPSUGAR, Su-Jin served as the Associate General of Flurry, a mobile analytics company acquired by Yahoo, and as legal counsel at Mattel. She began her legal career as a corporate/securities associate at Wilson, Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in Palo Alto. Su-Jin received her J.D. from U.C. Hasting College of the Law and has an M.A. and B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three children.
