Allyson Willoughby
General Counsel, CareZone
Allyson is the General Counsel of CareZone, a leading health management app that helps chronically ill individuals manage their health. Allyson oversees all aspects of legal, regulatory and compliance for the company. In addition, she oversees the HR team. Prior to CareZone, Allyson was the General Counsel and Head of People at Glassdoor and the General Counsel of Method Products. Like many other GC’s in the Silicon Valley, Allyson started her in-house career at eBay – joining its small legal team in early 2000. In her 8 years at eBay she held a number of different roles, ultimately serving as the General Counsel of StubHub. Before joining the in-house ranks, Allyson was a securities litigator at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. She is a graduate of Stanford University and University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
