Andrew Albertson’s practice focuses on providing strategic and practical counseling to high-growth technology companies, ranging from early startup teams to mature public companies, as well as many leading venture capital and private equity firms. Andy has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and executing a wide variety of corporate transactions, including cryptocurrency presales, centralized and decentralized cryptocurrency designs, token generation events, bespoke security token offerings and conventional venture financing structures that integrate token exposure. Andy was recognized as one of the top tech lawyers in the Greater Seattle Tech Ecosystem Report by the Innovate Leadership Network and the University of Washington Bothell. He has also been honored as a Rising Star in M&A and Securities & Corporate Finance by Super Lawyers magazine and is a regular speaker on corporate finance, strategic transactions, and issues and trends in the blockchain industry. Andy received his undergraduate education at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, graduating with a B.A., in accounting, cum laude.
