Brian Benenhaley
General Counsel, Unified Enterprises Corp
Brian N. Benenhaley is SVP for Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Unified Enterprises Corp (Unified.com), a software and services company that delivers business intelligence, comprehensive analytics, and AI-driven optimization in social advertising. At Unified he oversees the company’s legal matters and provides advice to senior executives and team leaders in sales, product and engineering, human resources, finance, and business/corporate development. Prior to joining Unified Benenhaley was the General Counsel at Storylift for two years where he spearheaded the patent approval process of their Revolution Platform for attitudinal targeting. Mr. Benenhaley is also an experienced entrepreneur in the digital advertising space having co-founded the AdDrive affiliate network where was the Chief Operating Officer from its inception until 2014.
Benenhaley is active in pro bono work and community service providing volunteer legal and business consulting to a number of charities and ministry organizations. He was formerly the Chairperson of the Presbyterian College Board of Visitors and a Director at Welvista, a non-profit that provides prescription medicines to those who cannot afford them in his native South Carolina. Currently Mr. Benenhaley serves on the Advisory Board for the Greenwood Genetic Center’s Helix and Hope initiative to improve early diagnostic tests for children with autism.
Mr. Benenhaley is a graduate of Presbyterian College (B.S., Political Science) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D.).
