Daniel Dougherty is a Senior Director with Alibaba Group’s Global IP Enforcement team.  Prior to Alibaba, Daniel was Vice President & General Counsel for the consumer electronics company, Monster, Inc.  Prior to joining Monster, Daniel was Global Head of IP & Associate General Counsel at eBay, Inc. where he managed a team responsible for eBay’s global trademark portfolio, trademark enforcement matters, and third party IP dispute management, including eBay’s VeRO program.  Daniel was a Legal Director at Yahoo! Inc. in both the Copyright and Trademark teams.
