Reggie Davis is currently Chief Legal, Privacy and Compliance Officer at DocuSign. (“DOCU”) and helped take DocuSign from private to public with the second most successful SaaS IPO of 2018. Previously, Reggie was General Counsel at Zynga for 4 years. (“ZNGA”) He helped take Zynga from private to public – which at the time was the third largest tech IPO in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Reggie spent 9 years in-house at Yahoo! managing litigation.
