Ryan Burch is the Global Legal Head, Privacy & Data Protection at PayPal. In this role, Ryan leads a team of lawyers responsible for advising PayPal business, legal and compliance colleagues on matters relating to privacy, data security and technology. Issues addressed by the legal privacy team span marketing, product development, incident management, data processing, data subject rights, risk model development, employee privacy, M&A, commercial negotiations, and government relations activities. Ryan joined PayPal in 2011. Prior to his current role, Ryan lead a legal team who supported PayPal’s credit offerings.
