Scott leads a team of lawyers counseling all eBay’s businesses globally on trademark, copyright, data-mining, and trade secret issues. He also oversees the vendor compliance system and runs the company’s pro bono program. Scott is a former litigator at Wilson Sonsini, Heller Ehrman, and Farella Braun + Martel. He clerked for U.S. District Judge William Alsup after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
