Andrea concentrates on working with blockchain and cryptocurrency startups. She provides strategic corporate, regulatory, and IP licensing counseling to blockchain companies, including early-stage cryptocurrency developers, cryptocurrency exchanges and investors. Andrea’s experience includes advising cryptocurrency projects and related companies on public and private token sales, swaps, airdrops and exchange offerings. She also regularly counsels NFT marketplaces and creators on the issuance, purchase and sale of NFTs and the licensing of associated IP rights.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Andrea worked at a Seattle-based law firm.
While attending law school, she was a lead editor for the Seattle Journal for Environmental Law and won first place in several in-house moot court competitions and was a member of the Seattle U regional mock trial and appellate competition teams.
Andrea also created and hosts the meetup group, Women in Blockchain-Seattle.
