Dana Jewell

General Counsel, Mixhalo

Dana Jewell serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Mixhalo, a live event audio streaming company founded by Incubus guitarist and songwriter Mike Einziger and internationally-acclaimed violinist Anne Marie Simpson-Einziger. Mixhalo’s proprietary technology enables event organizers to deliver crystal clear low-latency audio directly to user’s own devices and headphones via the Mixhalo mobile app, transforming the experience at concerts, sporting events, and conferences. Based in San Francisco, Mixhalo completed its Series B financing in the fall of 2021.

Dana graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and trained in IP and litigation at international law firms Baker Botts and Fulbright & Jaworski before embarking on her in-house career with startups to Fortune 100 companies including Chegg, Dell, and eBay.
