Kevin Wulwik

General Counsel, Forte Labs, Inc. 

Kevin Wulwik is the General Counsel at Forte Labs, Inc. Forte’s platform allows game publishers to integrate blockchain technologies seamlessly into their games. Kevin joined Forte in 2021. Prior to Forte, Kevin worked for nearly 20 years in the alternative investment management industry as both a general counsel and chief compliance officer for Eisler Capital and the Tudor Group. He was also Chief Operating Officer at Maniyar Capital. Kevin began his career at Allen & Overy in the Capital Markets department.

Kevin holds a B.S. (cum laude) in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (1996), an M.A. from Oxford University (1998), a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2000) and an LLM from Stanford University Law School (2018).  He is also a member of the New York State Bar.
