For the last couple weeks, we have been monitoring guidance from local and national health agencies and the university regarding large gatherings due to the situation with covid-19. We are disappointed to announce that this program has been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date. We will let you know when we select a new date for the program, sometime in the Fall of 2020 or later. Thank you for your interest in joining us in April. We are disappointed that we cannot proceed with the launch of this new program as scheduled, but we hope to see you at this program or one of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance's other programs in the future.
