Marie Oh Huber is an experienced public and private company and foundation board director.  She has deep knowledge of risk management, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, as well as more than 25 years executive operating experience in the broader technology, ecommerce/marketplaces/fintech and healthcare/life sciences sectors. 

Currently, Marie serves as a board member for Portland General Electric (NYSE), where she chairs the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee and serves on the Audit and Risk Committee.  Previously, she served on the boards of Adevinta (formerly ADE), a European digital classifieds company; the James Campbell Company, a family-controlled commercial real estate company; the Silicon Valley Community Foundation; and the University Council of Yale. 

Until 2024, she served as a C-suite leader at two global Fortune 500 companies, eBay (NASDAQ) and Agilent Technologies (NYSE).  She is a Fellow of the Stanford Rock Center on Corporate Governance, a Lecturer at Stanford Law School, and serves on the boards of the Asian Art Museum (SF) and Northwestern Law School.   

Marie earned her B.A. from Yale, J.D. from Northwestern and studied at the London School of Economics.
