Breakout: The U.S. Supreme Court’s Recent Term: Implications for Corporations

Supreme Court decisions can have profound effects on business operations. This panel of Supreme Court experts will review the decisions handed down this term that have implications for US business. Among the topics to be discussed are the future of mandatory arbitration, compelled financial support for union membership, the taxation of internet product sales, the ability of merchants to discriminate on the basis of same-sex orientation, IPO litigation in state courts where recoveries are often higher, and the future of sports gambling in the United States.
