Brian Goldman

Brian Goldman is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in San Francisco. Brian helps companies and individuals defend victories and overturn losses by litigating high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts around the country. Brian’s focus is on intellectual property, data privacy, immigration, and commercial appeals. He also maintains an active pro bono practice fighting deportation orders on appeal. Brian is a graduate of Yale College and Stanford Law School. Before law school, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. More recently, he served as a law clerk to Ninth Circuit Judge Stephen Reinhardt and Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and as an honors program attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice.
