Directors' College 2019
DIRECTORS’ COLLEGE is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms. At Directors’ College, you will engage with leading CEOs, directors, regulators, jurists, and scholars on a rigorous and balanced examination of a broad range of issues that confront modern boards, including crisis anticipation and management, shareholder engagement, compensation strategy, board evaluation and refreshment, and emerging challenges including artificial intelligence and the politicization of the corporation.

Directors’ College is a program intended for current or former board directors of publicly traded companies, senior executives of publicly traded companies, board directors or senior executives of large or prominent private companies, or prospective directors of publicly traded companies who are likely to receive an appointment within the next 12 months. Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the Program Directors, who may decline applications of unqualified candidates.
