Lauri Floresca

Lauri is a Partner and Senior Vice President at insurance broker Woodruff Sawyer. After more than 20 years specializing in public company Directors & Officers Liability, Lauri expanded her practice area to include Cyber Liability as those exposures became paramount for her clients. She works with large clients across all industries to help them analyze their exposures to D&O litigation and cyber events, designing comprehensive insurance programs to address those risks. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as new IPOs.  Lauri also has experience working through complex privacy breach and cyber business interruption claims. She is a frequent speaker on issues relevant to the D&O and Cyber Liability practice areas and is a contributor to Woodruff Sawyer’s Cyber Liability Blog Series (see http://www.woodruffsawyer.com/about-us/news-and-events/cyber-blog).

Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer in 2009, Lauri was a senior managing director and member of the executive team at insurance broker Carpenter Moore for 12 years. Before Carpenter Moore, Lauri was an underwriter for executive liability insurance products with Chubb. Lauri is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in risk management and insurance.
