Biography

Andrew is head of Cooley’s white collar defense & investigations group. He is a highly acclaimed former federal prosecutor, known for his role as one of the top deputies to Robert Mueller III throughout the US Department of Justice’s special counsel investigation into then-President Donald Trump, and as chief of the public corruption unit at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Andrew defends companies and individuals before government agencies and in high-stakes litigation, leads complex and sensitive internal investigations, and has successfully tried numerous significant white collar and regulatory matters.
